Our specialists with many years of experience in all areas of production ensure compliance with the highest quality requirements during every step of the manufacturing process. For customers who have opted for full-service production, this means everything from raw-materials purchasing to analytic procedures is strictly monitored on their behalf. Three ointment processing units with respective capacities of 100, 450 and 1000 litres are available at our 4,000 sq.m. facility in Feldkirchen.

Two high-performance filling machines for volumes
between 15 and 150 grams can manufacture sizes ranging from 5,000 to
500,000 pieces. The manufacturing cycle further includes the printing of
expiry date and batch number, as well as the packing. The availability of
a further filling line increases flexibility, especially for smaller
formats. In conjunction with our semi-automatic crucible filling machine
completes the factory. On request, we can also arrange the dispatch in
type Multipack.
