Range of service:

• Pre-filtration

• Reduction of CBU (coliform building units) by UV-light

• 2-stage reverse osmosis

• Demineralisation down to a conductivity of <6 µS/cm

• Sterile filtration

• Storage in 5.000 liter stainless steel tank with connection to a distribution system (loop) to point of use with permanent circulation

• Disinfection of the loop to avoid microbiological growth: UV-light by day and ozone by nigth

• Tapping at the point of use in the production area with sterile filter.

Capacity:
400 L aqua purificata per hour

Product reliability

• Documetation on carbonic hardness, conductivity, pH-value, temperature and UV-intensity by printer Logoprint C200, daily documetation

• Weekly microbiological examination and analysis of water

• Examination according Pharm. Eur. regularly

Last Qualification: 1999; Servicing and maintenance 4 x per year
